Ireland vs Bangladesh Preview


Host Nation Bangladesh will take on Ireland in their second match at Dhaka. This match is expected to be a close contest as Ireland did a major upset in the last world cup by defeating Pakistan while Bangladesh showed India the exit door in the same tournament on the same date. Though Bangladesh will have home ground and home crowd advantage, it also acts a pressure because of home expectations. And it’s the match they are looking to win deifnately.While Ireland also want to show its impact and improvement by defeating another Test Cricket playing nations.
For Bangladesh a lot will depend upon their opening batsman Tamim Iqbal followed by Imrul Kayes, Mohammad Ashraful and their captain and all rounder Shakib Al Hasan.Their bowling lineup is not bad.
