2011 Beef O'Brady's Bowl St. Petersburg, the fourth edition of the game, will be a post-season American college football bowl game, held on December 20, 2011 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida as part of the 2011–12 NCAA Bowl season.
The game, which will telecast at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN, will feature a team from the Big East Conference versus a team from Conference USA, unless one of the conferences does not have enough teams bowl eligible, in which case the Sun Belt Conference is eligible to send a team.
